In less than two short weeks, the New England Patriots will be taking on the Atlanta Falcons to see which team will be crowned the King of the NFL!
It was no big surprised to the football handicappers that last Sunday, the Patriots defeated the Steelers; however, the books did not expect the Falcons to cover the spread when they crushed the Packers with a final score of 44-21.
Now that both teams are set for Super Bowl 51, the big question is whether the Falcons can defeat the Patriots. The Patriots are no strangers to being in the Super Bowl headline and this will be their 7th Super Bowl under Bill Belichick and Tom Brady at the helm.
So let’s take a look at the early NFL Playoff prediction based on the early odds and the current player injury roster.
Seahawks vs. Falcons Betting Prediction
The Falcons are the big favorite against the Seattle Seahawks according to most online sportsbooks like BetOnline.ag which is giving Atlanta a -5 point spread at a -225 money line.
It’s official, the NFL will now hold four regular season games in London for the 2017-2018 NFL Season. NFL teams have been going head-to-head in London on a regular basis since 2007. It seems like every other year they have been adding more games to the London roster and next season, they have upped the ante with four games.
So far, all we know is that the Miami Dolphins will play the New Orleans Saints and the rest of the matchups and venue location for the London games will be announced on Tuesday.
We are now about to go into Week 14 of the NFL and by now most of us and the football handicappers have a good idea as to which team will make the playoffs. This is of course, except for a few teams that are not on maybe-ground for the playoffs.
For example, the Dallas Cowboys just might clinch a playoff spot if the Redskins or the Packers lose on Sunday but of course, they would rather make the playoffs by defeating the Giants.
One the other end of the spectrum we have the Atlanta Falcons. After last Sunday’s 29-28 defeat by the Chiefs, the Falcons are now on shaky grounds about making the playoffs and winning the NFC South.
NFL week 10 was certainly an interesting one with lots of upsets and a few injuries like Julian Edelman getting injured and now on the limited list with a possibility of playing this Sunday.
They are still a lot of hopefuls for the playoffs but we know for sure that the Browns, the Jaguars, the Bears and the 49ers are now just playing for show.
This Sunday, most football handicappers have pretty much have their picks out and so do we.
Denver Broncos vs. New Orleans Saints
For this matchup, the bookies and the Vegas handicappers are both certain that it will be a close games giving the Saints the edge.
