Jan. 10, 2012 - This BetRevolution review was created because there is a lot of mixed information on the internet about this sportsbook.

We wanted to make the facts clear about this sportsbook that has been around since 2008.When they first came out, they started out big and strong with lots of promises and trying to include big name to promote their products and crazy publicity stunts.

The truth of the matter during their first couple of years is they spent so much time trying to be a big player that they forgot about their customers.

They paid dearly for it as the majority of sportsbook review website and watchdog tore them apart and the complaints were rolling in from everywhere.

Since then, they have worked diligently to redeem themselves and unlike most sportsbooks that folded once the complaints started coming in, they have vastly improved their customer service, payouts and odds making them one of the top sportsbook in the industry.

Since we are trying to be unbiased about this, we decided to send one of our testers to open a new account with them back in November 2011 to see if anything had changed in their operations.

So an account was open and to test out their sales team, we decided not to fund the account.

Surprise, surprise, a mere 2 hours after the account was opened, someone called us asking about their service and letting us know about their bonus.  We declined to fund right away and told them we would fund in a week.

One point for them as they did not bother us again for 1` week which shows us that they have a very well organized sales team.

This time around, we funded the account with a Nickel and got a 50% bonus with 12x rollover.

A month went by and we stuck to playing college football and the NFL with a whopping $38k in action and did quite well.  Right at the end of the holiday season, we asked for $4,500 payout and it went very smoothly as we went to pick up the cash exactly 3 days later.

This said, BetRevolution has come a long way and we are happy to say that they deserve to be in our preferred sportsbooks list.
