At first glance, AcePerHead.com looks like they would have an excellent service. They have a clean website and an easy navigation menu. Opening an account with them was kind of a pain. After we had submitted the registration form, it took 3 hours before we received an email. The only thing the email said was for us to contact them.
This was not a good start but we persevered in order to create this bookie pay per head review. When we did call them, our so called “personal account manager” did not seem to know who we were even though he had sent us an email. We simply assumed that it was just an automated email and answered his questions.
Most of the questions were about how many players we have and when we could send them the first deposit. Even though you get the first 6 weeks for free, you still have to make your first payment which to us is false advertising. We did not like that at all and were reluctant to send them money.
However, we ended u sending them the minimum deposit and we were in business. The only that kept them from getting a very bad review is because they actually have a decent agent and player platform. We liked that managing your players is very easy and that they have a “Player Chat”.
In addition, when we played in the sportsbook as a player, the action was decent and smooth. In terms of sports betting odds, the lines were good if you are a recreational player.
We give them 3.5 out of 5
If it was not for the bad customer service, we would have given them a 4. We would not recommend them because for the same price, you can get a lot more with other services. However, they do have a solid sports betting software.
