10/17/2011 – As the Full Tilt Poker saga continues, poker players that still are looking for a way to get their money from Full Tilt Poker are desperately looking for that bright light at the end of the tunnel.
The bright light being Groupe Bernard Tapie who has hired the lawyer who was able to negotiate the PartyGaming and Optimal Group (Neteller) settlements with the Department of Justice.
The plan right now is for them to come up with a way to restructure Full Tilt Poker in a way that the DOJ would agree to.
Currently, Full Tilt Poker still has a license with KGC after losing its main license with Alderney and are thinking about trying to get their license again with AGCC.
If all goes well, the purchase will go through and its current poker players will be able to get paid.
It is however a long shot as they may have regained their site back but their website is essentially dead and the longer the website is out of commission the more money Full Tilt Poker is losing and the odds of its unpaid players seeing their money again become worst.
